Today our team of five handles residential sales, residential and commercial rentals, independent property valuations, and investment consulting. We operate exclusively in the North-Eastern region, which means every hour we work is spent deepening our knowledge of the same market we serve. We do not cover Nairobi, the Coast, or other regions; referrals to trusted agents in those areas are available on request. In six years of operation we have completed more than 340 property transactions and managed over 90 rental units at various points — numbers that reflect consistent activity rather than occasional involvement. Our office on Iftin Road is open six days a week and our agents are reachable by phone during business hours. For sellers and landlords, we assess the property, advise on realistic pricing based on comparable evidence, and market it to our qualified-buyer database before going broader. We are transparent about the limits of what we can control. Property prices in Garissa respond to regional factors — road development, county policy, seasonal demand from the aid sector — that no agent can predict with certainty. We will not tell you a land parcel will double in value in two years.
